Role OverviewJoin our Events Team as a Full-Time Meeting Concierge to support our multi-property cluster. The Meeting Concierge is the liaison between Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact, requiring detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.

Handle and address special needs or requests, resolve concerns, adapt to changes, satisfy client needs, and ensure an experience that exceeds guest expectations.

Requirements
- Hospitality, Event, and/or Banquets/Setup experience preferred
- Must be available to work a varying schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Desire to create exceptional experiences for meeting planners and their guests
- Detail Oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong and professional communication skills
