What You Will Do
Plan, direct, and evaluate medical care, examine and treat chronic and urgent illnesses, order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements
- Kentucky NP license
- DEA
- 1+ year advanced practice experience
- 1+ year experience in relevant settings (facilities, home care, geriatrics, etc.)
