Job Description
Xanitos is hiring Full-Time Patient Observation Assistants (POAs) to provide patient visual and audible observation in hospitals, with responsibilities including monitoring patient condition, redirecting at-risk behavior, and collaborating with nurses.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required
  • Ability to read and understand written English communication
  • CPR AED or basic life support healthcare provider (BLS-HCP) certification required
  • Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
  • Successful applicants for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment
