We are seeking a Full-time Porter to join our team at Cosmopolitan on the Park in Portland, Oregon. As a Porter, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the property, and respond to resident and guest requests in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Proficient customer service skills
  • Light maintenance support
  • Maintains overall cleanliness and organization of the property
  • Moves and arranges furniture
  • Maintains inventory housekeeping and maintenance supplies
  • Follows recycling procedures
  • Reports damages, lost items, or anything unusual or suspicious
  • Maintains a safe and secure environment for residents and team members
