Job Description
The NFI DBT House in Vernon, VT is seeking a full-time counselor to work in our residential program for adolescent females who have experienced trauma. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, providing support and guidance, and facilitating client improvement in personal responsibility, social skills, and behavior.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience working with youth with emotional/behavioral challenges preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively
