Job Description
The Full-Time Retail Employee / Full-Time Project Specialist is responsible for providing an amazing customer experience in a store, potentially picking up orders and handling customer interactions. This role is offered 38-40 hours a week with varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and early mornings. The store focuses on storage and organization solutions and fosters a culture built around its Foundation Principles.
Requirements
Welcomes and greets customers in-store and curbside.
Connects with customers suggesting organizational solutions.
Designs and sells custom closet and storage solutions.
Serves as a register person with focus on customer experience.
Maintains Sales Floor standards.
Supports carryout to customers cars.
Processes orders for curbside/delivery.
Organizes the stockroom.
Adheres to a time expectations to meet schedule goals.
Engages with customers to solve their organizational issues.
