Job Description
Join Movement as a Full Time Routesetter to contribute to the development of high-quality, safe, and engaging climbs for our community. Collaborate with a passionate team of setters and report to the Assistant Director of Setting or Head Routesetter.

Requirements

  • Some experience on a route setting team, either through Movement's Routesetting Apprenticeship Program or other setting environment
  • Strong understanding of Work at Height standards and other workplace safety expectations
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
