Job Description
We're seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service and provide an engaged, customer-first experience that embodies the Allen Edmonds brand. The role involves developing and consistently displaying a detailed understanding of our sales process and product line, while meeting the various needs of our customers. Competitive base rates with flexible schedules and uncapped commission-based earning opportunities are offered.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail store sales, customer service/hospitality environment, and/or a combination of applicable experience in a comparable brand environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • A self-starter who can effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment; and is customer service focused
  • Proficient in general computer, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn and retain details around new, unfamiliar proprietary systems
  • Able to perform point of sales functions, including register and cash handling
