Role OverviewThe Sales Supervisor is responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships in our retail stores. The associate will be responsible for continuing the client contact beyond the initial sale, maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the store, and operating the point-of-sale (POS) register system and email system.
What You Will Do
Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals, demonstrate knowledge of merchandise features and benefits, and identify customer needs and overcome objections. Responsible for client development, housekeeping and visual standards, and inventory safeguarding.
