Job Description
The Sales Teammate position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to Guests, generating sales, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Fill out and effectively use the Sales Presentation Guide (SPG) daily
  • Meet or above performance standards in all Buckle business builders and guest loyalty
  • Maintain and build good Guest relationships to develop a client based business
  • Consistently perform leadership actions and maintain high standards
