Role OverviewThe Sales Teammate position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to Guests and performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.
What You Will Do
Sales Teammates will greet Guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions. They will also achieve personal sales goals, provide legendary service, and maintain a clean and organized store.

Requirements
- No prior experience or training required
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, balance, and talk or hear
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
