Role OverviewHiring full-time servers with a minimum of one or more year's experience in a full-service restaurant, similar Senior Community atmosphere, or Country Club environment. Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including weekends and holidays. This position could lead to a Lead Server position with an hourly increase based on performance, skill, positive attitude, and dedication.
What You Will Do
Serve alcohol, read, write and follow written and verbal directions, relate positively and favorably to residents and families, work cooperatively with other associates, lift 20 lbs to shoulder height, and push 200 lbs on a cart with casters.

Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
