Job Description
As a store associate, you'll be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Model and fulfill all customer service principles
  • Inform store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products
  • Properly utilize the point-of-sale system to accurately scan and process customer purchases
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures
  • Follow the line policy and open additional check lanes as required
  • Stock shelves and displays neatly while following merchandising planograms
  • Maintain zone standards and merchandising standards at all times
  • Assist store management in achieving operational efficiency goals
  • Assist store management in achieving total loss goals
  • Comply with all established company policies and processes
  • Support store management in providing a safe working environment
  • Adhere to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines
