Job Description
As a store associate, you'll be responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You'll enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Models and fulfills all customer service principles
  • Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products
  • Properly utilizes the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Adheres to cash policies and procedures
  • Follows the line policy and opens additional check lanes as required
  • Stocks shelves and displays neatly while following merchandising planograms
  • Maintains zone standards and merchandising standards
  • Complies with all established company policies and processes
  • Supports store management in providing a safe working environment
