Job Description
As a store associate, you’ll be responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best, and enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.
  • Interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures
  • Communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Follow instructions and pay attention to detail
  • Work both independently and with others
  • Organize, prioritize and complete assigned tasks to maximize productivity within established timeframes

Benefits

  • Starting Wage: $20.50 per hour
  • Wage Increases: Year 2 - $21.00 | Year 3 - $21.50 | Year 4 - $21.50| Year 5 - $22.50
