Job Description
As a store associate, you’ll be responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You’ll enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Must be able to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.
  • Must be able to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work both independently and with others.
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize and complete assigned tasks to maximize productivity within established timeframes.
  • Must be able to maintain reliable and prompt attendance.
  • Must be able to meet availability requirements.
