Job Description
As a store associate, you'll be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and cleaning to enhance the customer shopping experience and work collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Requirements

  • Models and fulfills all customer service principles
  • Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products
  • Properly utilizes the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Adheres to cash policies and procedures
  • Stocks shelves and displays neatly
  • Completes curbside pickup orders
  • Maintains zone standards and merchandising standards
  • Complies with all established company policies and processes
  • Supports store management in providing a safe working environment
