Job Description
As a store associate, you'll be responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You'll enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must have ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Must be able to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.
  • Must be able to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
  • Must have ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Must have ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Must have ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
  • Must have ability to work both independently and with others.
  • Must have ability to organize, prioritize and complete assigned tasks to maximize productivity within established timeframes.
  • Must have ability to maintain reliable and prompt attendance.
  • Must have ability to meet availability requirements.
