Requirements

  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results
  • Manage personnel, including recommending personnel for advancement and termination
  • Communicate, cooperate, and interact effectively with all levels of ALDI personnel, customers, third-party vendors and business partners
  • Oversee and manage compliance with policies and procedures within the store, as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulations
