Requirements

  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results
  • Manage personnel, including recommending personnel for advancement and termination
  • Communicate, cooperate, and interact effectively with all levels of ALDI personnel, customers, third-party vendors and business partners
  • Lead, develop, and supervise the team to develop sales, engage our teams, satisfy our customers and achieve consistent high performance
