ALDI is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our Store Manager Trainee program, developing skills and knowledge to lead a store and deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
  • Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results
  • Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager
  • Manages personnel, including recommending personnel for advancement and termination
  • Communicates and cooperates with all levels of ALDI personnel, customers, and vendors
