Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Requirements

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations
• Manages personnel, including recommending personnel for advancement and termination
• Collaborates in the resolution of issues within the store
• Leads, develops, and supervises the team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Fosters a positive and collaborative working environment and promotes teamwork among employees
• Ensures store personnel comply with company policies and procedures
• Prepares and revises weekly schedules to ensure accuracy
• Ensures store personnel adhere to expense guidelines and inventory procedures
• Attends and participates in meetings such as district weekly operations calls and store team meetings
• Plans and conducts meetings and training sessions
