Job Description
ALDI is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join their Store Manager Trainee program, where they will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to lead their own store and deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
  • Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results
  • Oversees the resolution of employee and customer concerns
  • Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations
  • Manages personnel, including recommending advancement and termination
  • Collaborates with district manager to resolve issues
  • Trains and develops store personnel to achieve maximum professional potential
  • Ensures store personnel comply with company policies and procedures
  • Resolves concerns from store personnel and customers independently or escalates to district manager
