Requirements

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results
• Manages personnel, including recommending personnel for advancement and termination
• Communicates effectively with all levels of ALDI personnel, customers, and vendors
• Leads, develops, and supervises the team to achieve sales, customer satisfaction, and high performance
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
