Job Description
ALDI is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join its Store Manager Trainee program, developing skills and knowledge to lead their own store, delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive work environment for their team.

Requirements

  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure desired results;
  • Develop and implement action plans using company provided resources to improve operating results;
  • Manage personnel, including recommending personnel for advancement and termination as appropriate;
  • Collaborate in the resolution of any issues that arise within the store to minimize potential liability for the division and the company;
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment and promote teamwork among employees;
  • Oversee and manage compliance with policies and procedures within the store, as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulations;
