Job Description
As a Store Manager Trainee, you'll train on all aspects of running a store, supervising day-to-day operations, and mentoring the team. You'll also be responsible for customer service, inventory management, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Supervises day-to-day operations and performance of the team
  • Handles customer concerns and ensures an appropriate resolution
  • Prepares and revises weekly schedules to ensure proper store staffing levels
  • Conducts store meetings and annual performance evaluations
  • Achieves store payroll and total loss budgets
  • Monitors the competitive environment and makes recommendations to the direct leader
  • Provides product feedback and maintains proper stock levels
  • Complies with all established company policies and procedures
