Job Description
As a Store Manager Trainee, you’ll train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for running for your own store.

Requirements

  • Supervise day-to-day store activities
  • Ensure overall store performance
  • Identify staffing needs and manage schedules
  • Develop operational action plans
  • Mentor and develop the team
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure an appropriate resolution
  • Ensure proper store signage and product quality
  • Assist in hiring store personnel
  • Prepare and manage weekly schedules
  • Conduct store meetings and identify training opportunities
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations
  • Achieve store payroll and total loss budgets
  • Manage cash audits and monitor competitive environment
  • Provide product feedback and maintain a safe environment
  • Oversee product merchandising and conduct store inventory counts
