Job Description
As a Store Manager Trainee, you'll train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for running your own store. You'll supervise day-to-day store activities, ensure overall store performance, and mentor and develop the team.

Requirements

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations and performance of the team
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure an appropriate resolution
  • Prepare, manage, and revise weekly schedules
  • Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
  • Conduct store meetings and annual performance evaluations
  • Manage cash audits, monitor the competitive environment, and provide product feedback
  • Maintain a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors
  • Oversee product merchandising and maintain proper stock levels
  • Comply with all established company policies and procedures
