Role OverviewThis role combines exceptional customer service with relationship-building and sales engagement. The ideal candidate enjoys meaningful customer conversations, identifying financial needs, and connecting customers with the right solutions to help them succeed. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday with some Saturday mornings and occasional travel for training and providing help at another office may be required.
What You Will Do
Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service while building lasting customer relationships. Engage with customers to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions accurately while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Demonstrated success in a retail, financial, or service-based sales environment preferred
- Cash handling experience is highly desirable
