Job Description
Aeroflow Health is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join their Special Projects Team. The successful candidate will design and develop scalable fullstack applications, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage AI-assisted development workflows. The team is responsible for building high-leverage tools across the organization, and the candidate will have autonomy and ownership of meaningful technical outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years fullstack engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js
  • Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, and CloudFront
  • Experience supporting and debugging systems in high-volume production
  • Familiarity with Git, Jira, and general system/network administration
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (not required)
  • Experience using AI-assisted code tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) as part of a responsible development workflow
