Role Overview

As a Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing schedules, reviewing project status, and understanding how to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. You will actively monitor project progress with an emphasis on problem solving. You will be closely collaborating with project managers, functional managers, clients and other stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Work closely with functional managers to develop and maintain detailed resource loaded project schedules using MS Project, develop and maintain summary level schedule reports, support the metrics team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects/programs, and troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • Two (2) or more years' related work experience in metrics data analysis
  • Familiarity with the management, operational, and technical aspects of SDLC
  • Prior experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting measurable performance metrics
  • Strong organization and time management skills while working in a rapid software development environment
  • Ability to identify and learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
