Job Description
Role Overview

This is an opportunity for a clinician who wants to practice medicine differently in a physician-led functional and integrative medicine practice. The role combines strong conventional medicine with functional and integrative medicine, hormone optimization, preventive medicine, and regenerative medicine. The clinician will work closely with the Medical Director while learning the practice's clinical philosophy, diagnostic approach, treatment protocols, and patient population.

What You Will Do

The clinician will initially focus on follow-up care for established patients, hormone replacement therapy, preventive and healthy aging medicine, medical weight management, and procedural and regenerative medicine. As the clinician's familiarity with the practice's approach and patient population grows, the role can expand into independent functional medicine consultations, development of treatment plans, and management of an independent patient panel.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The position is particularly well suited to a clinician who enjoys spending meaningful time with patients and wants an alternative to high-volume, insurance-driven medicine. The clinician will have autonomy while maintaining physician collaboration, mentorship, and clinical support. Compensation will grow as the clinician's patient panel, productivity, and procedural contribution increase.
