Job Description
iCapital is looking for a Fund Attorney- Assistant Vice President or Vice President to join the Funds Legal team with a focus on U.S. and Cayman private funds.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of fund formation experience within the Investment Management space
  • Strong knowledge of Investment Company Act of 1940, Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and FINRA regulations
  • Member in good standing of Utah Bar, another state or jurisdiction
  • Law firm or in-house experience at an asset management firm is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
