Role OverviewJoin Faes & Co, an emerging investment firm, as a senior Fund Distribution and Capital Growth Manager. The role involves growing the investor base for the Faes & Co Income Fund and supporting the next phase of growth for our private credit platform. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, confident with investors, and able to help drive capital raising for the business.
What You Will Do
Prepare investor presentations, fundraising materials, fund updates, due diligence responses, pipeline reports, and market research for high-net-worth investors, RIAs, family offices, wealth managers, institutional investors, and strategic partners.

Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in investor relations, capital raising, private credit, real estate finance, asset management, wealth management, or investment banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written communication, research, analytical, and presentation development skills.
- Advanced proficiency in the latest work efficiency applications such as Slack, Google Business Apps etc.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Deep understanding of, and practical ability to use, the latest frontier AI models as part of a professional workflow.
