What You Will Do
Represent banks, private funds, and asset managers in fund finance and structured finance transactions, draft and negotiate credit agreements, and advise clients on related legal and commercial considerations.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- At least 3 years of substantive fund finance and/or structured finance experience
- Experience representing banks, private funds, asset managers, or other sophisticated financial institutions
- Experience leading significant portions of financing transactions
- Experience with subscription facilities, NAV lines, leverage facilities, and/or CLOs is preferred
- Large law firm experience is preferred
