Role OverviewJoin a leading global law firm's Finance practice as a Fund Finance / Structured Finance Associate Attorney. This opportunity is ideal for an associate with at least 3 years of substantive fund finance and/or structured finance experience. The successful candidate will work with a broad range of sophisticated financial institutions, including banks, private funds, and asset managers, and will take meaningful ownership of significant portions of complex financing transactions.
What You Will Do
Represent banks, private funds, asset managers, and other financial institutions in sophisticated fund finance and structured finance transactions. Lead significant portions of financing transactions from inception through closing. Draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, and other transaction documentation.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- At least 3 years of substantive fund finance and/or structured finance experience
- Experience representing banks, private funds, asset managers, or other sophisticated financial institutions
- Experience leading significant portions of financing transactions
- Experience with subscription facilities, NAV lines, leverage facilities, and/or CLOs is preferred
- Large law firm experience is preferred
- Admission to the state bar of the attorney's preferred office location required
