Job Description
A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level Fund Finance Associate to join its Charlotte, North Carolina office, representing lenders and borrowers in complex fund finance transactions and managing client relationships with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from a top 30 law school with a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • 3-5 years of transactional legal experience with a focus on fund finance
  • Prior experience at a Top 200 AM Law firm is highly preferred
  • North Carolina Bar membership preferred or eligibility for admission
