Role OverviewThe Fund Finance Lead Banker will play a key role in the origination, structuring, underwriting, and execution of structured finance transactions. This role supports structured financing solutions to financial sponsors, corporates, private equity funds, and specialty finance companies across a range of asset classes.
What You Will Do
Support and lead the structuring, execution and ongoing monitoring of structured finance transactions, analyze asset pools and develop cash flow models, coordinate with internal and external teams, and assess the creditworthiness of counterparties.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience at a financial institution or asset manager in credit underwriting or portfolio management, preferably within asset-backed finance, leveraged finance, or related departments.
- Demonstrated experience with structured credit underwriting and execution of new business transactions.
- Proven ability to prioritize work effectively, drive execution of junior level deliverables, meet deadlines, and achieve goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
