Requirements

  • Significant fund formation experience representing sponsors in the structuring, formation, and operation of investment funds
  • Strong expertise with the Securities Act, Exchange Act, Investment Company Act, and Investment Advisers Act
  • Experience representing institutional investors in private investment funds
  • Superior academic credentials
