Requirements
- California Funeral Director license or the ability to obtain California licensure
- 5+ years of experience in the funeral profession or a related service-oriented industry
- 2+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated success leading and developing teams

- A hands-on, approachable leadership style with a willingness to support both families and team members
