Role OverviewAs a Furnace Operator at Solar Atmospheres, you will carry out vacuum heat treating and brazing services to notable companies. You will start as a Shop Floor Technician and after training, learn to provide heat-treating services of the highest quality.
What You Will Do
You will work independently, owning multiple ongoing projects from start to finish, varying tasks throughout the day. You will plan and change out furnace loads, operate furnaces and other shop equipment, maintain clean and orderly work areas, and follow project instructions.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic math skills
- Reliable and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment moving around consistently throughout the day
- Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods of time
