This position is responsible for the installation, and service of workspace furniture and related products. As a member of the Operations team, this position delivers excellent service to customers and is a positive team player. The role involves installing furniture, communicating with customers, and resolving issues. The position requires strong mechanical abilities, proficiency in working with power tools, and excellent service and teamwork skills.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include installing furniture, assembling components, operating power tools, and communicating with customers to inform, build trust, and resolve issues. The position also involves maintaining tools and equipment, using the correct tool for the job, and operating safely.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Three to five years of installation or field service experience in the commercial furniture industry or related field
