What You Will Do
Perform various tasks in a team atmosphere, including upholstering, framing, and assembling furniture components. Use power tools, staple guns, and other equipment to complete tasks.

Requirements
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Completion of in-house training curriculum
- Basic computer skills
- Strong coordination for routine, repetitive tasks
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day with frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
- Capacity to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Skilled use of hands for gripping, pulling, and tugging
