Role OverviewThe State of Connecticut, Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (DESPP) is seeking a Fusion Center Analyst located in Middletown, CT. The role involves performing a full range of tasks in the evaluation and analysis of criminal/terrorism information and intelligence.
What You Will Do
The Fusion Center Analyst will collect, integrate, evaluate, analyze, and disseminate intelligence data related to criminal/terrorism conduct or activity. They will also track local, state, national, and international trends, and collect, analyze, and report forensic and situational data associated with ballistic, DNA, or fingerprint system leads.

Requirements
- Six (6) years of professional experience in the collection, integration, evaluation, and analysis of criminal/terrorism information and/or intelligence.
- College training in may be substituted for the General Experience on the basis of fifteen (15) semester hours equalling one-half (1/2) year of experience to a maximum of four (4) years for a Bachelor's degree.
- A Master's degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Management, Law Enforcement, Political Science, Forensic Science or closely related field may be substituted for one (1) additional year of the General Experience.
