Job Description
The Technical Alignment Manager is responsible for ensuring that Huntington Technology’s managed clients are technically aligned to our standards, best practices, and service delivery expectations. This is a proactive, client-facing technical role that involves regularly reviewing client environments, identifying technical gaps, documenting findings, creating actionable recommendations, and working closely with our service, project, security, and strategic advisory teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in managed IT services, systems administration, technical consulting, or a similar client-facing technical role.
  • Strong working knowledge of: Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID / Azure AD, Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Firewalls and business networking, Endpoint management and patching, Backup and disaster recovery concepts, Security best practices for SMB environments.
  • Experience documenting technical environments, standards, issues, and recommendations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical client contacts.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify patterns, risks, and root causes.
