Job Description
We are seeking a FVP, Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to handle both client-facing business development responsibilities and portfolio management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Identify and bring new clients to the Bank
  • Negotiate and structure the primary terms of the loan with the client
  • Work with underwriters and loan assistants to prepare the Credit Commitment Report
  • Review loan documents to ensure accuracy
  • Manage the client experience of the loan process
  • Monitor and manage the credit quality of the assigned loan portfolio
  • Ensure compliance with Bank, regulatory and credit requirements
  • Assist with mentoring and coaching junior officers and loan staff
