Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and self-organized individual to work in our Formula 1 VIP Hospitality area. The role involves managing stock and materials, receiving and processing deliveries, and ensuring accuracy in all incoming and outgoing deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a relevant field, and 1-2 years of work experience in a logistics/warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials
  • Picking and filling orders from stock, packing and organizing orders and ensures accuracy in all incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Manage and receive all airlines local purchasing deliveries and ensure items delivered are matching as per invoice and delivery order
  • Manage monthly inventories according to schedule and monitor stock levels to detect materials reaching low stock and request cabin load of material and inform the concerned parties regarding changes, material shortages, excess and any deviations, etc.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
  • Follow all company guidelines regarding storage and warehousing
