Job Description
Prosperity Life Insurance Group, LLC is seeking a talented US GAAP Financial Reporting Senior Accountant to assist with the preparation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.

Requirements

  • Prepare and record journal entries for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting closings.
  • Perform reconciliations of ledger balances back to source data.
  • Review and monitor suspense account balances, taking appropriate corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure proper intercompany eliminations for consolidation within the financial reporting system.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Support auditors and/or state examiners by providing requested information and documentation.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.
