Job Description
The Gallery Associate is responsible for welcoming individuals and groups at the Andy Warhol Museum, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the safety and security of the collection and visitors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in retail or public contact employment
  • Cash handling experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to be trained on Siriusware ticketing system
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions and balance cash drawer
  • Manual dexterity to operate computer and to manually fill out forms
  • Weekend and evening hours required
  • Love of museums and an interest in art is required
  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
  • Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
  • FBI Fingerprint Criminal Background Check
