Develop visual merchandising plans, work with internal partners to establish strategies, train Gallery teams, and communicate the RH design point of view and product assortment.

Requirements
- 5+ years leadership and visual experience within luxury retail
- Proven experience embracing change and delivering top results with a positive attitude
- Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to complex priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
- Curious self-educator who seeks information and asks questions
- Strong leadership skills and strategic mentality with experience motivating and leading teams based on business analysis
